Christmas Around the World

Christmas Around the World
Call Extension Center at 456-3575 to confirm (date, time, and location)
Christmas traditions vary across the world, but in every country one thing is the same: Christmas is a time to celebrate. While children in the states look forward to jolly Santa Claus leaving presents for them under a lighted tree, children around the world enjoy a very different vision of Christmas. This holiday season, 4-H will travel the world by throwing a bash that brings together Christmas traditions and festivities from around the globe.  We’ll have a fun time creating traditional crafts and playing games.  All 4-Hers are welcome to participate in this fun workshop learning about different cultures from 6 to 8:30pm on Friday December 7.  Please call the Extension Center at 456-3575 to sign-up.
